Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility required)Department: Leadership | Reports to: General Manager

About the RoleWe’re seeking a seasoned Controller to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting operations for our organization. This role is a key member of the executive team and a true business partner to operations and department leaders—mentoring the accounting team, teaching best practices, and collaborating across the company to support sustainable growth and profitability.

What You’ll DoLead month-end and year-end close and deliver accurate, timely financial statements

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with executive-level insight

Oversee cash flow, internal controls, and GAAP compliance

Supervise AP, AR, payroll, job costing, and general ledger functions

Mentor, develop, and elevate the accounting team through hands-on leadership

Partner with leadership and operations to improve processes and support strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

7–10 years of progressive accounting experience

3–5 years of people leadership experience

Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills

Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP systems

CPA/CMA, audit experience, or system implementation experience preferred
