Assistant Estimator, Facilities Maintenance at PH FM LLC – Westerville, Ohio

The Assistant Estimator is responsible for projecting costs including materials and labor associated with exterior services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate team members for review.
• Receive requests to adjust existing sites and determine how variance should be handled
• Collaborate and support the Estimating team with accurate information on approved variances/new proposals during renewal.
• Import Approved Budgets into company software
• Effectively communicate and work cross functionally with multiple teams to execute customer needs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must possess strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a deadline driven environment with multiple customer priorities.
• Must be comfortable in an ever-changing environment.
• Previous estimating experience in construction remodel (refresh/rollout) environment or exterior services preferred.
• Self-motivated, reliable and attention to detail a must!

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred or equivalent experience/training.

At least two (2) years’ experience with National Customers interface in an estimating capacity preferred.

High knowledge of facilities maintenance industry preferred

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel, along with working knowledge of other MS Office applications.

Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and follow-through.
