Load Out - Weekend at Nellis Auction New Jersey LLC – Las Vegas, Nevada

The Load-Out Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences by safely and efficiently loading customer-purchased items into vehicles. This position also supports warehouse operations by maintaining merchandise organization, verifying orders, and using handheld devices to locate inventory. As a frontline team member, this role represents Nellis Auction's commitment to professionalism, value creation, and exceptional service.

Schedule: Fri-Sun 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally load purchased merchandise into customer vehicles.
• Required to meet performance standards and KPI
• Verify outgoing orders and ensure accuracy of items.
• Maintain and organize merchandise racks and consolidation areas.
• Use hand-held scanners or mobile devices to locate inventory quickly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Demonstrate Nellis Auction’s Core Values at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• 1–2 years of warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer/data entry skills required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Physical Job Requirement

• Routinely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk and stand for 10–11 hours per day
• Work in extreme temperatures (warehouse or outdoors in summer/winter)
• Regular bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling
• Must possess vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus
