About This Position
We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to help lead a high-energy, fast-casual Mexican kitchen located inside a DoubleTree hotel. This role is perfect for a culinary professional who enjoys fast-paced service, takes pride in quality and consistency, and wants the stability, structure, and advancement opportunities that come with a well-known hotel brand.
You’ll play a key role in daily kitchen operations—leading by example, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest receives fresh, flavorful food made with care.
- Supervise and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-casual environment
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen team members to perform at their best
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Assist with prep, line execution, and service during peak periods
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Partner with management to improve efficiency, morale, and guest satisfaction
- 1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience (fast casual, quick service, or restaurant)
- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
- Ability to lead by example in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
Experience with Mexican cuisine is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right leader.
