We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. These positions will start out providing administrative/clerical support by ensuring accounts receivables are processed accurately and timely, and with the plan to grow into more complex tasks. This is a great opportunity to get in the door with a growing, stable company where you can have a long-term career!

What we're looking for:

• Open to applicants with a high school diploma/GED
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate office role.
• Attention to detail to ensure accounts receivable are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Strong research, numerical calculation & data entry keying skills
• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities, be well organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Courteous and Patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Comfortable with an hourly position between the hours of Mon -- Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm
