We are seeking a motivated Field Engineer to support our construction projects in the Lake Charles area. This role is a blend of field labor, logistical support, and professional development, with the opportunity to grow into leadership positions as you gain experience. You’ll work closely with the superintendent, assist with on-site tasks, and develop skills in project coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the superintendent with daily field operations, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup.
2. Perform labor tasks as needed, such as loading/unloading materials, operating tools and machinery (with training), and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
3. Support the superintendent in coordinating tasks between field crews, subcontractors, and office staff.
4. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
5. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments (standing, lifting, climbing, etc.). Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
2. Ability to manage project schedules, project cost projections, and subcontractor relationships.
3. Valid Driver's License with a Clear driving record.
