The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the construction crew on their assigned project. This role involves ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, in accordance with all drawings/plans, and within OSHA Safety standards.

• Lead and oversee the sub contract workers on site, providing guidance to ensure high quality work and efficient project completion.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply chain issues, or other challenges.
• Enforce all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
• Monitor the work of the construction crews to ensure that it meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Maintain open communication with project managers, superintendents, sub-contractors, and key stakeholder.
• Resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Provide written detailed content of daily work performed on jobsite

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in construction field.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Procore project management software

Education:

B.A. Construction Management, or Related Subject Preferred

Physical Requirements:

• This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, frequent bending stooping and reaching in all directions. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. The positions requires extensive walking of the job site. Travel required.
