- Develop and manage a personal mortgage sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong referral networks with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Provide tailored mortgage solutions by assessing client needs and guiding them through the application and approval process
- Execute proactive sales strategies to grow market presence and achieve individual performance targets
- Conduct client meetings, both in person and virtually, to present mortgage options and close deals
- Leverage internal tools, systems, and training programs to optimize sales effectiveness and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and sales management to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management throughout the client lifecycle
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within financial services, banking, or mortgage-related roles
- Strong understanding of retail banking, credit processes, or mortgage lending is an asset
- Ability to work independently with a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
