Partner Services Manager

Position

The partner services manager is responsible for managing multiple government-funded fatherhood campaign initiatives. This position reports to the director of partner services.

Job Description

  • Manage government-funded state contracts.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns related to the contracts, and coordinate with the internal marketing team for campaign execution.
  • Manage deliverables of state or federal contracts, ensuring timeline is met on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate with state or federal agency contract or program managers to secure ongoing approvals (creative assets, releases, event dates/locations, etc.).
  • Align budgets with deliverables to ensure accurate and timely monthly expenditures.
  • Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Lead meetings and coordinate workflow with outside marketing agencies.
  • Work closely with marketing to allocate the budget across campaigns, including digital, outdoor, and radio.
  • Manage relationships with other state agencies or organizations related to grants, as needed.
  • Manage promotion and marketing of all contract-related events.
  • Ensure events meet budget requirements.
  • Event travel as needed.
  • Provide other support for the Partner Services team as needed.
  • Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, account management, and government contracts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong account and relationship management skills with multiple partner agencies including government partners.
  • A collaborative mindset that thrives in group settings where problem-solving and teamwork are key.
  • Tech-savviness, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated
  • Hybrid work environment; 2 days in Tampa Westshore office

    You’ll serve as the connection between our government partners, internal teams, and external agencies, ensuring that campaigns are strategic, on time, and impactful.

    In this role, you will:

    • Coordinate campaign planning from strategy through execution in partnership with our internal marketing team.
    • Manage relationships with government partners, ensuring alignment, approvals, and trust.
    • Keep complex projects moving—balancing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
    • Oversee reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) with accuracy and clarity.
    • Coordinate with public relations agencies and advertising agencies for creative development and media placements.
    • Support and promote live events that bring our mission to communities.
    • Ensure every dollar spent aligns with mission and contractual expectations.
