What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the connection between our government partners, internal teams, and external agencies, ensuring that campaigns are strategic, on time, and impactful.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate campaign planning from strategy through execution in partnership with our internal marketing team.
- Manage relationships with government partners, ensuring alignment, approvals, and trust.
- Keep complex projects moving—balancing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Oversee reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) with accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate with public relations agencies and advertising agencies for creative development and media placements.
- Support and promote live events that bring our mission to communities.
- Ensure every dollar spent aligns with mission and contractual expectations.

- 7+ years in marketing, account management, or government contract management
- Experience managing multiple high-stakes projects at once

- Confident in leading meetings with government agencies, marketing agencies, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that tasks are assigned and on track.
- A collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in team environments

- A humble attitude allowing you to roll up your sleeves and help where needed
