This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Analista de Marketing (TI/Segurança da Informação) - Sênior in Brazil.
In this role, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on B2B demand generation within the technology and cybersecurity ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, channel marketing programs, and co-marketing initiatives with vendors and partners. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, distributors, and technology manufacturers to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies. You will also manage MDF budgets, track ROI, and optimize marketing investments to maximize business impact. In addition, you will contribute to digital campaigns, events, and content development, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across multiple channels. This is a highly hands-on and performance-oriented role in a dynamic, multi-partner environment with strong exposure to the cybersecurity market.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified pipeline and demand.
- Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives with technology vendors, manufacturers, and channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation, and ROI.
- Design and implement channel marketing strategies, including onboarding, engagement, and activation programs for partners.
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds), including budget planning, negotiation, execution, and performance accountability.
- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with vendors, ensuring alignment with product launches and strategic campaigns.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, roadshows, and digital campaigns to support demand generation efforts.
- Create and coordinate marketing content with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance across paid media, email, and automation tools.
- Work closely with CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and lead management.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, cybersecurity vendors, VAD distributors, or enterprise-focused resellers.
- Strong background in demand generation and pipeline development.
- Experience in channel marketing and partner ecosystem management.
- Hands-on experience managing MDF budgets and vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach focused on ROI and performance metrics.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity market.
- Knowledge of solutions such as EDR, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Vulnerability Management.
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple vendors and partner channels.
