In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing scalable partner marketing programs that drive growth across a global partner ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional marketing, sales, and alliance teams to build initiatives that generate demand, improve partner engagement, and accelerate pipeline performance. Acting as a key driver of program efficiency, you will combine data-driven decision-making with creative marketing execution to continuously improve outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly international, requiring strong coordination across time zones and stakeholders. You will also play a critical role in shaping how partner marketing programs are structured, adopted, and scaled across different partner types. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution, optimization, and scaling of partner marketing programs that support demand generation and ecosystem growth.
- Drive end-to-end execution of partner marketing programs, including enrollment, workflows, systems management, and operational delivery using tools such as Salesforce, Workfront, and Jira.
- Analyze data and market insights to identify opportunities for new co-marketing initiatives aligned with partner types and engagement models.
- Develop and optimize demand generation programs that help partners attract, nurture, and convert new prospects.
- Continuously evaluate program performance using analytics and partner feedback to improve efficiency and results.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and alliance teams to design and scale partner-focused campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead documentation, enablement, and training to ensure adoption and clarity of partner marketing programs.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) processes, ensuring compliance and proper execution of funding requests and claims.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase scalability, adoption, and operational efficiency across programs.
The ideal candidate is an experienced partner marketing professional with strong operational expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-moving environment.
- 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience, including 5+ years in partner or channel marketing roles.
- Experience running marketing campaigns and collaborating with sales and alliance teams.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Zift, or similar).
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and co-marketing execution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment across U.S. time zones.
- Self-starter mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities and changing demands.
- Experience using data to evaluate performance and optimize marketing programs.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate AI-driven approaches into daily work is highly valued.
