Schedule: Evening and Overnight Shifts, including weekends

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced bar tender to lead our front-of-house operations during evening and overnight hours. The ideal candidate will oversee bar staff, maintain drink quality and safety standards, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations during late-night service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support all night FOH staff
Ensure food is plated and served according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Manage bar opening/closing procedures for overnight operations
Train, coach, and evaluate bar team members
Resolve staff or operational issues quickly and professionally
Coordinate with back-of-house staff and daytime management for smooth shift transitions
Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications:
Previous bar lead or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and bar operations
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality environments
Strong inventory and scheduling management skills
Knowledge of cost control and kitchen performance metrics
