About This Position

Our team in the Sunny Okanagan is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Periodontist to join us. This position is a part time to begin, gradually leading to full-time hours.

The Associate Dentist will provide periodontal services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. Our ideal Associate is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

We are a well established specialty dental practice with a focus on prevention and management of periodontal diseases and conditions, with expertise in cosmetics, reconstruction and dental implant surgery. Our team as been providing state-of-the-art, premium periodontal and implant therapy since 1994.

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:

  • 8-16 hours per week to start

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Registered or in processing of registering with the:
    • British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of BC
  • We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
  • Additional license or certificate might be required (Certified Specialist in periodontics)
  • 2+ year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
