- Optimize internal processes related to billing, compliance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement initiatives to improve adoption and retention rates while streamlining existing workflows.
- Act as a communication lead, ensuring clarity between franchisees and stakeholders.
- Manage operations and workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to program standards.
- Analyze and forecast hotel engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide updates and advocacy efforts to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- 57 years of experience in Revenue Management.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and industry-standard metrics.
- Knowledge of property management systems and distribution platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
