Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information
Schedule and host virtual appointments
Present benefit options clearly and confidently via video conferencing
Assist with applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and perform quality follow-up
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs
Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses (average first-year earnings around $55,000)
