What We’re Looking For

Travelpro is seeking an E-Commerce Platform & Operations Lead to support the day-to-day management and optimization of our Shopify e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring site performance, operational stability, and execution of e-commerce initiatives that drive revenue, conversion, and overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the operation, optimization, and technical coordination of Travelpro’s e-commerce websites while partnering cross-functionally to drive performance and execution.

  • Support day-to-day management of Shopify e-commerce sites, including product launches, promotions, site updates, and merchandising execution.
  • Assist with Shopify platform configuration, content updates, app management, and front-end enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal and external development teams to support site enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and test releases.
  • Perform site testing and quality assurance across key customer journeys including navigation, checkout, and promotions
  • Identify and help resolve technical issues related to site functionality, integrations, tracking, and performance
  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and site performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, user experience, and overall site performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and external partners to support e-commerce initiatives
  • Support vendor and technology partner coordination across platform tools and integrations
  • Assist with project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, and execution of site initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, business, marketing, information systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, or Shopify platform management
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred), including themes, apps, and site configuration
  • Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (Liquid a plus)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, merchandising, promotions, and customer experience
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
