Deal Coster at Feldman Auto – Wixom, Michigan

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Deal Coster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and finance or accounting, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that all deals are properly costed and processed, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Review and verify all automotive sales deals for accuracy and completeness

- Calculate and input deal costs, including taxes, fees, and other charges

- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in deal costs and paperwork

- Maintain accurate records of all deals and related financial transactions

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices a plus
