What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation).
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ products (e.g., air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers), or replacement systems, including new HVAC installations.
• Present service options and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Generate estimates and close approved HVAC sales in the field.
• Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
