Supervisor Dining Dietary - CVI – Rehabilitation Center at Hartsfield Village (Powers Health)

Full-time: Day/evening shift (11:30am-8pm). Includes some nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Some college
• Two years’ experience in a leadership role in dining services
• Knowledge of fine dining service, table set-up, and proper service procedures
• Two years’ experience with Microsoft Suites and basic office skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• A demonstrated stable work history
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 90 pounds
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Able to adapt to any variety of job duties and situations
• Required to work flexible hours, such as during staffing shortages and emergencies

We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Dining Services Supervisor to support daily dining operations in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and enhancing the dining experience for residents in a healthcare setting.

Position Overview

The Dining Services Supervisor assists in overseeing front-of-house dining operations, tray line service, and meal delivery to resident rooms. This position ensures meals are served accurately, safely, and with a high level of hospitality, while supporting and supervising dietary aides and stewards.

This role works under the direction of the Dietary Manager and Hospitality & Nutrition Services Director / Executive Chef.
