About This Position
Farragut Campus fpKIDS Director
Faith Promise is looking for a Farragut Campus fpKIDS Director who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World.
The Farragut Campus fpKIDS Director is responsible for all aspects of the Children's Ministry from birth through 5th grade and all fpKIDS Campus Volunteers. The fpKIDS Director leads the Preschool, Early Childhood, Elementary, Welcome Team, Safety, and our Childcare teams.
Some of the focus and characteristics of the fpKIDS Director are to create a loving and safe environment for children ages 6 weeks – 5 years old where kids and parents connect with the leaders to create a pattern of spiritual growth inside and outside of the weekend service, to actively recruit and train small group leaders who interact dynamically and create relationships with kids and their parents, and to be responsible for the excellence of experience presented in Large Group, Small Group and Events.
They will serve God in attracting and winning people to Christ, to build fully devoted followers of Him. They will also approach work in such a way as to inspire colleagues toward higher levels of personal Christian commitment, witness, and ministry.

JOB DETAILS
- Serve as the fpKIDS Director at the Farragut Campus:
- Lead winning teams to grow spiritually and in leadership roles
- Equip, encourage and develop the volunteer teams of the Farragut Campus fpKIDS Ministry.
- Commit to and maintain a personal spiritual growth plan.
- Provide structure, leadership and strategic planning for the growth of fpKIDS
- Implement and ensure development of Leadership Values within care structure
- Active recruitment, training and scheduling of all volunteers that serve within fpKIDS. This includes but is not limited to:
- Weekend Large Group Volunteers: Host/Storyteller/Worship/Production
- Weekend Small Group Leaders
- Campus Volunteers for cleaning, prepping supplies, room set up, etc.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere in the fpKIDS environments that fosters relationships between kids, leaders and parents
- Multiply leadership by raising up layers of volunteer teams (i.e. Senior Coaches & Coaches) to invest and serve in the fpKIDS Team
- Assist in the planning and attend major fpKIDS Events centered around Holidays
- Organize and coordinate the following Milestone events:
- KidSteps
- Pop Up Weekend
- Child Dedication Parenting Workshop
- Child Dedication Family Receptions
- Create outreach and internal events that help families connect to the community of Faith Promise with their children
- Contribute toward fpKIDS and Faith Promise Church Central efforts by recruiting and leading volunteer teams for Special Events/projects
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position may be a part-time or full-time position, depending on the candidate and their experience. If full-time, the role will be a non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.
