We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates leadership skills, and has a passion for cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor line cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef/Executive Chef to maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Monitor food quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
