$60/hour + Monthly Bonus (Up to ~$135,000/year)

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing clinical team on a full-time basis. Requirements:WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments including medical history review, periodontal charting, risk evaluation, and radiographs in accordance with New York State regulations
- Provide preventive and therapeutic clinical services: prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Build long-lasting, trusting relationships that make patients look forward to every visit
- Identify conditions requiring doctor evaluation and coordinate seamlessly with providers on exams and treatment planning
- Operate digital dental technologies, including intraoral radiography, iTero scanning, Dexis, and EHR/charting systems
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP
- 1 Hour per recall appointment (never feel rushed and your patient gets the attention they deserve)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in periodontal assessment and therapy, including scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and risk-based treatment planning
- Strong digital dentistry skills: radiography, intraoral imaging, iTero scanning, and electronic health record/charting systems
- Proven ability to educate patients clearly and effectively on preventive and periodontal needs.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and a focus on the highest standards of patient care
- Clinical Excellence & Efficiency: Delivers high-quality hygiene care while maintaining schedule efficiency and documentation accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-operatory setting
- Collaborative Accountability: A dependable team member who communicates openly, supports providers, and contributes positively to shared practice goals
- Adaptability: Comfortable with schedule adjustments, evolving clinical workflows, and continuous improvement. Proactive and solution-oriented
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to maintain patient flow and ensure timely, accurate documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Local Anesthesia Certification (Preferred)
- Active New York State Dental Hygiene License (RDH) in good standing
- Minimum 1–2+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience
- Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification (Preferred)
- Bilingual: Spanish strongly preferred to serve our diverse patient population (Preferred)
- Experience with Open Dental practice management software
- Familiarity with Dexis digital radiography and iTero intraoral scanning (Preferred)
- Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Gmail) (Preferred)
