Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and sales support professionals to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Operate as a player-coach by directly participating in customer meetings, strategic negotiations, and high-value sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance through ongoing mentorship, accountability, and performance management initiatives.
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, KPI tracking, and territory execution to ensure predictable business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, instructors, and channel partners to strengthen market presence and long-term engagement.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events while bringing back customer insights to support strategic direction.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within training, certification, healthcare, safety, or related industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience managing distributed or remote sales teams.
  • Proven success leading teams of 5 or more sales professionals and consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a player-coach by directly supporting complex sales cycles and customer engagements.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with both transactional and solution-based sales approaches is highly valued.
  • Experience working with instructor networks, channel partners, or decentralized customer ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–30% for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Remote work flexibility with a work-from-home environment.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible vacation policy.
  • Retirement savings support with company matching contributions.
  • Parental leave and wellness-focused employee support programs.
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Access to extensive learning and career growth resources through internal training platforms.
  • Opportunity to work within a mission-driven organization focused on emergency care and life-saving education solutions.
