Director, Renewal Management (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Renewal Management - REMOTE. This role is critical in leading the global renewals organization, focused on driving customer retention and recurring revenue growth while delivering a seamless renewal experience for customers. As you oversee the renewal lifecycle, you'll collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence and value realization for customers. The impact of this position directly influences predictable revenue and long-term growth, as it operates at the nexus of customer experience and operational execution. You will be tasked with scaling renewal processes and improving renewal predictability, making this a highly visible role within the organization.
Accountabilities- Define and execute a global renewals strategy to enhance customer retention and revenue.
- Build scalable renewal processes that increase efficiency and predictability while mitigating churn risk.
- Lead a high-performing global renewals team, providing mentoring and development.
- Own the full renewal motion for annual and multi-year contracts.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and detailed reporting.
- Champion a customer-first renewal experience and serve as the escalation point for complex renewals.
- 7-9 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations.
- Proven ability to lead high-volume renewal operations in a subscription-based business.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams, especially offshore.
- Strong operational excellence and analytical skills, with a knack for process design.
- Proficiency in managing and forecasting large renewal portfolios accurately.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with technology improvements, including automation and CRM tools.
