Director - Women's Care at Hannibal Regional Hospital – Hannibal, Missouri

- Graduate of approved School of Nursing; BSN required, MSN preferred

- Current licensure in State of MO as a Registered Nurse or licensure eligibility required

- Certification required within two years of hire

- 3 years' experience in Specialty or Related field and/or Supervising Experience

- BLS and ACLS validation required

- Possession of working knowledge of budget, staffing, nursing care hours, patient acuity

- Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Requirements

- Familiar with Basic Nursing Performance Standards as outlined in the MO Nurse Practice Act

- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm for change

- Must possess exceptional customer relation and communication skills including the ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and in interactions within all levels of the organization
