Popeyes is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated Restaurant Assistant General Managers to join our team!

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager is responsible for providing strong and positive support to the Restaurant General Manager and business leadership team and helping them deliver day-to-day operational excellence in guest experiences and help build a high-performing store.

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Product Quality- Maintaining company standards
• Guest Services - ensures guest satisfaction and service speed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Train and develop their team members
• Plan, monitor, appraise, and review their team members' job performance
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
• Administration tasks, inventory, ordering, timekeeping

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous QSR Management Experience is a plus
• Popeyes Certifications is a plus
