Position: EVS Manager / Director of Housekeeping and Laundry

Metz Environmental Services is growing and we have a great opportunity for a STELLAR EVS Manager in busy healthcare setting. We are seeking a Manager who shares our passion for superior services, and a motivating management style that challenges, mentors, develops and retains outstanding hourly Team Members.

The EVS Manager will report to the Director of EVS Services and assist in ensuring that the facility is in functioning in a proper and safe manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our Client, Patients, Residents and Guests.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• EVS Management Experience
• Strong Knowledge of Facility and EVS Maintenance procedures
• Strong work ethic and Team Player
• Amazing Leadership and Mentoring skills
• Strong Computer and Administrative Skills
• Experienced employee management, accounting, HR functions
• Experience Managing a budget and purchasing
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar desired
• Mechanically inclined, understanding EVS Industry language
