Position Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, positive experience
  
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
  
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text
  
• Support daily front-office operations
  

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred (but not required)
  
• Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, text)
  
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  
• Organized and proactive work style
