Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipRole SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital content across Catalyst Acoustics Group’s portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for website content & maintenance across all Catalyst companies’ websites, tactical execution of marketing campaigns through Pay Per Click (PPC), Email Marketing and social media.Our ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional with a 1-3 year background and experience in CMS systems – specifically Contao and/or WordPress. Candidate will also need to have a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (Google Ads) and Marketing Automation Systems (Hubspot).Primary ResponsibilitiesWebsite CMS Support Manage website content, landing pages, and web data across Contao content management systems.Research, implement, and optimize SEO keywords across the company’s websites and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with best practices for headers, metadata, and overall search visibility.Publish and maintain content within the company’s content management system (CMS).Make routine website updates such as product information changes, image swaps, copy edits, and content refreshes.Assist with content quality checks and testing before content goes live.Flag issues, errors, or outdated content to the Director of Marketing Technologies.Monitor and report on website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) to inform content improvements.Use tools like Google Analytics/Search Console to evaluate SEO and content effectiveness.Troubleshoot minor CMS issues and coordinate with developers for more complex fixes.
Digital Ad Campaign SupportPlan, build, and launch paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.Continuously analyze paid acquisition performance (Google Ads/LinkedIn), deriving insights and recommendations.Manage PPC campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and any reconciling discrepanciesDefine and refine audience targeting strategies, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.Track, report, and analyze website metrics and PPC initiatives and campaignsPerform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimizationEnsure proper tracking is in place (e.g., conversions, events, UTM parameters) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Cross Functional CollaborationWork with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather information needed for content updates.Coordinate with content & design teams to ensure copy aligns with layouts and visuals.Follow established workflows and timelines to support on-time content delivery.QualificationsRequired1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (SEO and/or PPC experience preferred; agency experience is a plus)Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably Contao and/or WordPressFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Asana)Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and guidelinesBasic understanding of SEO and paid media principles (keywords, metadata, campaign structure, etc.)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPreferredInternship or early career experience in digital marketing or content management.Exposure to SEO fundamentals.Experience supporting B2B or technical products (manufacturing, construction, or architecture a plus).Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM tools (training provided).
