Partner with operational teams, product owners, and developers to translate client requirements into effective data collection and analysis strategies.
Leverage multiple data sources and technical platforms to analyze trends, conduct research, and generate actionable recommendations.
Produce high-quality analytic reports, visualizations, dashboards, and briefings that clearly communicate insights to technical and executive audiences.
Apply validated analytical methodologies to process large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess analysis quality and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and implement frameworks, best practices, and standard operating procedures for analytical processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance technical tools and analytic capabilities to support operational goals.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering skill development and adherence to analytical tradecraft.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Planner, or Intelligence Analyst.
Expertise in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis methodologies.
Strong ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets.
Experience producing intelligence reports, dashboards, visualizations, and briefings for diverse audiences.
Skilled in presenting data in ways that inform executive-level decision-making.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of deriving conclusions from incomplete or complex data.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred: Experience in U.S. Government or defense-related environments, with familiarity in tools such as Kibana, R, Gephi, Tableau, or similar.
Prior exposure to briefing or advising government policymakers is highly desirable.
Competitive total compensation ranging from $110,500 to $185,800 USD annually.
