- Monday – Friday during standard business hours
- Flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends and overnight travel based on business needs
Pay Rate: Salary $58,000- $62,000.00 + Commission up to $40,000.00

Position Summary
The Sales Associate is a key, high-level sales role responsible for representing the company and driving business development throughout an assigned territory within the state of Nebraska. This position requires forty-hour plus week with regular travel. The Sales Associate must work with a high degree of independence, professionalism, and sound judgment. The Sales Associate will focus on developing new business opportunities selling security services. They will maintain strong relationships with existing clients and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.
This role works closely with company ownership and the Operations Manager to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and strategic priorities. The Sales Associate is expected to manage their schedule effectively, participate in required training, and communicate consistently with leadership regarding sales activities and progress. Flexibility in work hours is required to meet business needs, and responsibilities may evolve as company objectives and market conditions change.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Associate will be responsible for new revenue by conducting sales visits and focusing on our sales process to target profitability with new contracts that produce recurring revenue.
- Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions, expanding services with affiliated properties, and annual rate increases to keep up with the growing labor wages and dynamic changes of the business.
- Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing our proprietary software to assist with follow up and actively manage your sales pipeline.
- Delivering presentations in front of small and large groups (i.e. training sessions, webinars, and conference calls)
- Maximize training opportunities that help grow sales.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- No criminal history
- Must be able to lift to 30lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2-5 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Adapt to established procedures and to help identify and problems solve
- Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress, add value and continuously improve

Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and managing all day-to-day sales and client retention activities of the Franchise. The coordinator will assist the Director in maintaining a healthy growing franchise through sales and client retention. Sales Coordinator must exhibit good customer service skills while working with clients and prospects in numerous business portfolios. Listed below, but not limited to, are some areas of individual responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- The Sales Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for new revenue by conducting sales visits and focusing on our sales process to target profitable, recurring revenue
- Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions, expanding services with affiliated properties, and annual rate increases to keep up with the growing labor wages and dynamic changes of the business.
- Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing our proprietary CRM to assist with follow up and actively manage your sales pipeline.
- Follow our 8 Week Plan to identify all vertical targets (Apartments, Food Processing, Walmart, Supply Chain, BOMA contacts, and many more) to determine the market opportunities and execute on your sales accountabilities activities to generate new lead opportunities directly impacting revenue. Perform market research also includes competitors and current/past client analysis.
- Delivering presentations in front of small and large groups (i.g. training sessions, webinars, and conference calls)
- KPI responsibility and accountability: Net Revenue Growth, Revenue Per Owned Population, Same Customer Sales, Customer Retention, Daily Sales Outstanding, and A.R Over 90 days.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of Sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
