Clinical/ Senior Clinical Manager - Home Health at ABP Best Home Care Agency Inc – Newton, Massachusetts

Join our growing Home Health Agency in Newton! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Clinical Manager (RN) with strong clinical and administrative skills. Must have previous Home Care and OASIS experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee patient care operations and ensure high-quality services

- Manage referrals, care plans, and patient/staff records

- Lead team training, compliance, and performance evaluations

- Support growth, quality, and financial goals of the agency

- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and standard

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in Massachusetts

Home Care & OASIS experience required

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour DOE

Hours: 20-40 per week
