Job Brief: The Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role provides leadership to field staff, subcontractors, and vendors while coordinating closely with project management to resolve issues, maintain schedules, and uphold regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries.
• Ensure the project follows plans, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Keep the job site safe, clean, and compliant with OSHA rules.
• Hold safety meetings and enforce safety procedures.
• Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Solve problems on-site and communicate any delays or issues.
• Inspect work for quality and fix any mistakes.
• Maintain daily job logs and documentation.
• Lead, support, and supervise field workers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction or field supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety rules.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use basic construction software or mobile apps.
• Valid driver’s license.
