About This Position

Position Description:

Are you a quality-focused leader who thrives on driving compliance and continuous improvement?

We’re seeking a Performance Improvement and Compliance Administrator to lead facility-wide efforts in regulatory compliance and performance improvement. In this role, you’ll oversee accreditation readiness, monitor quality metrics, train staff, and collaborate with leadership to ensure that policies, practices, and programs meet the highest standards. This position is essential to ensuring our facility remains compliant, efficient, and focused on delivering excellent care.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and practices to meet accreditation and regulatory standards (TJC, CARF, HIPAA, CMS, state/local regulations).
  • Lead the facility’s Performance Improvement Program, including training, facilitation, and oversight of improvement teams.
  • Coordinate responses and corrective action plans for regulatory and accreditation reviews, including state licensing and Disability Rights agencies.
  • Train staff at all levels on accreditation standards, HIPAA, compliance, performance improvement methodology, and data analysis tools.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators, presenting concise dashboards / scorecards to leadership.
  • Oversee policy and procedure management, ensuring staff access, regular reviews, and compliance with standards.
  • Partner with leadership and departments to embed compliance and performance improvement into daily operations.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, healthcare, or related discipline (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience

  • Three (3) years of management experience in compliance or performance improvement administration (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Hospital environment experience (preferred)
  • Licenses/Certifications

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other quality certification (preferred)
