Job Description
The New Can Company is currently hiring for multiple manufacturing positions at our production facility.

We are looking for dependable individuals with mechanical ability and manufacturing experience who are interested in building a long-term career in a fast-paced production environment.

Positions Available
Spiral Machine Mechanic
Line Operator
Machine Die Setter

Job Responsibilities
Spiral Machine Mechanic
Maintain and repair spiral forming machines
Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently

Line Operator
Operate and monitor production line equipment
Inspect products for quality standards
Maintain production targets and efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Machine Die Setter
Set up dies and tooling for production equipment
Perform machine changeovers and adjustments
Ensure proper machine settings and tolerances
Assist with troubleshooting and production support

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude or technical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
