Our C.N.A.'s enjoy 12-hour shifts allowing them to work 3 days and have 4 days off!

We have an immediate noc shift opening with the hours of 6:30pm - 7:00am. Also hiring for AM shift 6:30am - 7:00pm.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

As a CNA at Mission View Health Care Center, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Your daily impact will include:

• Providing direct resident care, including assisting with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility.
• Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.) and monitoring fluid intake/output.
• Assisting residents safely during transfers and ambulation using proper equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, walkers).
• Collaborating closely with the Charge Nurse to ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for our residents.
• Recognizing and promptly reporting any changes in a resident’s condition

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Certification: Active and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required).
• Clearances: Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
