Warehouse Manager – Fullstack Fulfillment LLC

Location: Fullstack Fulfillment LLC
Schedule: Full-Time | 7-day operation support (weekday + weekend coverage as needed)
Reports To: Operations Manager / Director of Operations
Supervises: Leads, Pickers, Packers, Label Line Team, Processing, Box Makers, Warehouse Associates, Cleanup Crew

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for daily warehouse execution and team leadership across receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, labeling, processing, and shipping. This role drives productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety while ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in compliance with internal SOPs and carrier standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and confident leading teams in a high-volume small-parcel fulfillment environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Management
  • Lead day-to-day execution of warehouse operations including: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and returns (if applicable).
  • Ensure all daily production goals are hit while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate labor planning to align staffing with forecasted order volume, priorities, and workload.
  • Monitor operational flow and remove bottlenecks to keep production moving.
People Leadership & Accountability
  • Directly supervise leads and warehouse teams across all departments.
  • Assign tasks, manage performance expectations, and hold teams accountable to metrics and SOPs.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain a positive culture built on urgency, ownership, communication, and teamwork.
Production & Performance (KPIs)
  • Track and drive key metrics such as:
    • Orders shipped on-time
    • Pick/pack accuracy
    • Units per hour (UPH)
    • Order throughput
    • Labor efficiency
    • Error reduction and rework prevention
  • Conduct daily start-up meetings and end-of-shift reporting with leadership.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Inventory Control & Organization
  • Ensure inventory is accurately received, stored, and controlled.
  • Maintain clean locations, bin organization, and proper labeling throughout the facility.
  • Partner with leadership on cycle counts, audits, damage tracking, and shrink reduction.
  • Ensure correct product handling and FIFO/FEFO processes when applicable.
Systems & Process Management
  • Maintain daily execution using Extensiv WMS (or similar WMS).
  • Ensure proper work completion and transaction accuracy (receiving, pick confirmation, packing, shipments, adjustments).
  • Maintain process discipline to prevent mis-picks, wrong labels, incorrect orders, and missed shipments.
Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain a safe work environment that meets OSHA standards and internal safety policies.
  • Train employees on safe equipment use (pallet jacks, ladders, tape machines, etc.).
  • Enforce housekeeping, PPE use, and safe material handling practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience (Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, Lead, or similar).
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume shipping operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to lead teams, manage performance, and execute under pressure.
  • Confident using warehouse systems (WMS), scanning processes, and shipping workflows.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy/quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing operations that ship small-parcel (USPS, UPS, DHL).
  • Experience in environments with high order counts, batching, and production line structure.
  • Familiarity with productivity tracking, labor planning, and daily scorecards.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
