Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, transport, and sort soiled linens, towels, and rags for processing

- Operate washing machines and dryers, ensuring proper load sizes and cycle settings

- Load and unload laundry equipment safely and efficiently

- Weigh, fold, and store clean linens, towels, and rags according to hotel standards

- Deliver clean linens to designated areas promptly and accurately

- Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry machinery and the surrounding area

- Clean dryer filters daily and perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment

- Iron linens and towels as per standard procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed

- Stock linen carts and organize storage areas to ensure availability and accessibility

- Practice safe work habits at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance preferred.

- Ability to operate washers, dryers, irons, and other laundry machinery safely.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
