Client Services Representative at Lakes Region Mental Health Center – Plymouth, New Hampshire

Essential Responsibilities

• Verify health insurance information and enter details into electronic billing system
• Meet with patients at their intake appointment to review and explain administrative paperwork
• Process internal referrals for additional services
• Review account balances with patients as needed
• Set up patient payment plans and collect balances owed
• Assist patients with their insurance benefit questions
• Address client statement inquires

Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma. Experience in a medical setting with strong telephone and organizational skills are a must. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Ability to communicate with peers, work independently as well as on a team and multi-tasking skills are essential. Experience working in an electronic medical record is a plus. Must excel in handling high stress situations, as well as the ability to deal with all types of personalities. Must also have valid Driver's License.
