Administrative Assistant - Social Media

At the Tom James Company, an Assistant supports our sales team members, store leaders, and key organizational leaders in fulfilling our mission to be a global leader in the fashion industry. An Assistant is a valued member of the Tom James sales support team.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Assistant to support a top-performing sales professional at the Tom James Company in our Greenville, SC office.
This is not a typical assistant role. You will play a key part in managing a fast-paced business, interacting via email/text with high level clients. Digital marketing with creating AI fashion images, helping drive growth and client experience.
This position is scheduled for 25-28 hours per week, 4 days per week and offers a pay rate of $20.75 per hour. We provide a generous paid time off (PTO) package, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Position Details:

  • Part-time: 25–28 hours per week (4 days/week)
  • $20.75/hour + PTO, paid holidays, 401(k)
  • Primarily in-office, with occasional client-facing support

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing calendar, scheduling, and daily workflow
  • Coordinating and tracking client orders
  • Communicating with clients (appointments, follow-ups, deliveries)
  • Supporting outreach and prospecting efforts (LinkedIn, CRM, messaging)
  • Keeping operations organized and running efficiently

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required
