About This Position
Sr. Consultant - D365 Business Central (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior D365 Business Central Consultant - REMOTE. In this critical role, you'll lead ERP implementations for clients in the Dealer Services and Equipment verticals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your extensive expertise to design, implement, and optimize Business Central solutions. With a focus on autonomy and client interactions, you will navigate complex implementations and mentor junior consultants. Your contributions will not only shape client success but will also foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.
Accountabilities- Serve as a Senior functional consultant and subject matter expert for Dealer Services / Equipment Management clients.
- Lead and actively participate in solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance on system capabilities and process optimization.
- Own functional workstreams on multiple concurrent implementations.
- Proactively identify project risks and suggest improvement strategies.
- Communicate project status and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to client-facing deliverables and documentation.
- Mentor and support less experienced consultants and associates.
- Provide input into estimation, solution approach, and SOW development.
- Help implement improvements to internal methodologies and best practices.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience in professional services or consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in the Dealer Services / Dealer Equipment vertical.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central.
- Strong experience leading software implementations and client-facing discussions.
- Proficiency with vertical-specific ISV solutions and the Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
