American Home Pros is seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our high-performing residential and light commercial service team in the Tulsa Metro/Green Country area. In this pivotal leadership role, youll drive operational excellence, coach technicians to achieve KPI targets, and ensure our white-glove service standards are consistently delivered. You'll own the success of the Service Departmentperformance, process, peoplewhile helping build a culture of trust, accountability, and pride in workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians through daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, and ride-alongs.
  • Promote a positive culture built on respect, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and job readiness to ensure on-time arrivals and first-visit fixes.
  • Monitor and coach for KPI performance: Tech-Generated Leads, Average Ticket, Membership Sales, and Opportunity Conversion Rate.
  • Conduct ticket audits for option presentation, pricebook compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked trucks; enforce job documentation and closeout standards.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Facilitate training sessions, vendor events, and technical check-offs to build technician skills.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Install, and Warehouse teams for cross-functional success.
  • Use CRM and digital tools to drive transparency and accountability.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience, including team leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing service KPIs (TGL, AT, Memberships, OCR).
  • Strong technical foundation in diagnostics, airflow, and refrigeration.
  • Skilled in CRM platforms, pricebook usage, and digital documentation.
  • Excellent communicator with a service-first mindset.
  • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
