Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)

Compensation: $47.50 per client session; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt
Schedule: Office hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8am-7pm; 15-20 client contact hours/week
Location: This is an in-person role based out of Cumming, GA

Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. The preferred candidate will be able to work with children ages 10 and up through adult.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15–20 clients per week and have evening availability
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $47.50 per session, W-2, Non-Exempt
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match

Requirements:

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
