What You'll Do
- As a key member of our Water Wastewater Business Sector, you will:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Manage projects from planning and design through construction and implementation
- Design water distribution, wastewater collection, pumping, storage, conveyance, and treatment systems
- Collaborate with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
- Ensure technical excellence and quality project execution
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
- Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts
- Help shape the future of communities throughout the region
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
- 5-10+ years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering
- Experience with project planning, design, and construction services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate across disciplines

- Project management experience
- Client relationship experience
- Business development interest or experience
- Passion for mentoring and developing future engineering leaders
- Commitment to exceptional client service

Total Rewards Package Includes:
- Competitive Salary: $115,000 to $155,000 per year, DOE
