TruBlue Home Services of South Miami is looking for a motivated Assistant to support our Lead Craftsman in providing high-quality home repairs and remodeling. If you are handy, reliable, and looking to grow your career in the trades, we want to talk to you.

The Essentials

• Compensation: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
• Location: Serving Miami-Dade and Broward.
• Support: We provide company-branded gear and a steady, year-round schedule.

The Role: Supporting the Mission
You will work side-by-side with a Lead Craftsman to help seniors and busy families maintain their homes. Your tasks will include:

• Job Site Support: Setting up tools, site preparation, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
• Assisting with Repairs: Helping with drywall patching, painting, flooring installation, and basic carpentry.
• Learning the Trade: Gaining hands-on experience in "Aging in Place" home modifications and general remodeling.
• Client Interaction: Providing a "first-class" and "sincere" experience for our customers.
