This role is a key driver of operational excellence across go-to-market functions, supporting sales leadership with insights, planning, and execution frameworks that directly impact revenue performance. You will act as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, transforming data into actionable intelligence across forecasting, pipeline management, compensation, and territory design. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy, operational processes, and business goals. - Support sales leadership with operational planning across forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- Analyze business data and generate insights to improve sales execution and revenue predictability
- Manage and validate Salesforce data, including territory assignments, opportunity structures, and crediting accuracy
- Oversee variable compensation analysis and monthly validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes across sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Contribute to territory design and fiscal planning initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across GTM functions
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed to enhance sales effectiveness
- 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical GTM role
- Strong background in technology or SaaS environments preferred
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation analysis
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $93,500 to $163,300 USD, depending on experience and location
