This role is designed for a highly proactive and relationship-driven professional who can build and expand a strong education partnership ecosystem across South Asia and Europe. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing strategic collaborations with schools, colleges, education counselors, research groups, and media partners. Working in a fast-moving, international environment, you will be responsible for developing new partnerships from the ground up while strengthening existing relationships. The role requires strong business development instincts, combined with the ability to manage structured outreach and long-term stakeholder engagement. You will directly contribute to regional growth by expanding the organization’s academic and institutional network. - Independently research, identify, and build a pipeline of potential education partners across schools, colleges, counselors, research clubs, and media organizations.
- Conduct structured outreach campaigns to engage and initiate conversations with key stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
- Pitch, negotiate, and secure new partnership opportunities to support regional expansion goals.
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships to ensure long-term engagement and mutual value creation.
- Track partnership activity, pipeline progress, and performance using CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and partnership quality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or partnership development in an international environment.
- Prior experience in the education sector, ideally working with schools, colleges, or educational counselors.
- Strong track record of independently sourcing leads and building pipelines from scratch.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and close partnership deals effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a results-oriented mindset.
