What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care
- Manage and mentor nursing staff while guiding daily clinical operations
- Supervise, coach, and support the professional growth of nurses and caregivers
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and drive individualized care planning
- Foster a positive, respectful, and engaged workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal clinical regulations
- Promote residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Collaborate with families, residents, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to urgent and emergent clinical needs
- Uphold and demonstrate the mission and core values of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin required
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing environment
