Position OverviewWe are hiring a Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse and production operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and organized, with the ability to handle heavy materials and keep inventory flowing efficiently. You will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and moving materials that support our manufacturing team.
What You’ll Do- Receive, inspect, and organize HVAC parts and equipment
- Operate forklifts and hoists to safely move materials between warehouse and production
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Load and unload trucks and stage materials for production
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience (industrial preferred)
- Forklift experience required (certification is a plus or will be provided)
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- Basic computer skills (inventory or warehouse systems experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
