As a Team Member at Patty Slaps, you play a crucial role in our restaurant's operations, directly impacting our customer experience and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include a diverse range of tasks essential to our service delivery, such as food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with customers.Working under the guidance of the Team Lead, Assistant Manager andManager, you contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with our high standards of food quality and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Engage with customers, providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to Patty Slaps' recipes and quality standards. Ensure all foods are served promptly and meet our presentation criteria.
- Safety, Security, and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Perform regular cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic dining and kitchen environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure operational efficiency. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and understand new menu items or operational procedures.
- Company Policy Adherence: Adhere to all Patty Slaps policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of operational and ethical conduct. Maintain effective communication across all team levels, aligning with the restaurant’s operational strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to make guests' dining experiences memorable.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is willing to jump in and assist where needed, from making burgers to handling cash.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including morning/opening, night/closing and weekends.
- Previous experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is an asset but not required.
- Fluent in English and French (both required) to communicate effectively and creatively with a diverse clientele.
